None of this is in the website price, and none of it is required. Each one is added after launch, priced on the call, and cheaper as a bundle at launch than a year later.

What if I do not like it?

Then you do not pay. You see two concepts within 48 hours of the call and the built site on day five. If it is not the best site in your industry when it is live, you owe nothing and keep the concepts.

How does the monthly plan work?

You pay nothing until the site is live and you have approved it. Then it is billed monthly, with a twelve-month minimum, because the first year covers the build. After month twelve it keeps going month to month at the same price, for hosting, care and edits within 48 hours. From then on you can stop with 30 days' notice. If you would rather clear the first year early, you can pay off the rest at any time.

Do I own it?

Your domain is registered in your name from day one and is always yours. Paid once, the site is yours on launch day. On the monthly plan, after twelve months you can take the site with you by paying the difference between what you have paid and the pay-once price. Once your payments pass that price, the handover is free.

What is the care plan?

For sites you own outright. For $149 a month I host it, back it up, keep it secure and make your changes within 48 hours. The first 60 days are included. It is optional: you can host the site yourself and bring me in only when you need a change.

I already have a Squarespace or Wix site.

Good, that means you have content and photos. Most of the time a rebuild is faster and cheaper than fighting a template, and your address does not change. If the bones are good, I will say so on the call.

What do you need from me?

One call, a few real photos of you and your team, and two rounds of feedback. Copy is written with you on the call, not handed to you as homework.
